How the Friends help Penlee House

  • Working as partners in the development of the Gallery and its collections.
  • Providing funds to assist with the purchase of pictures and artefacts.
  • Supporting the Educational and Outreach work of the gallery.
  • Assisting with the recruitment of volunteer room stewards and workshop helpers.
  • Arranging lectures and social fundraising events.
  • Offering a charitable vehicle for bequests and donations to Penlee House.
  • Sharing information and giving feedback to help the work of Penlee House.

The Friends of Penlee House is a registered charity (No: 1206841), the object of which is to support the aims and activities of Penlee House Gallery and Museum, home to the county’s best known collection of work by artists of the Newlyn School.
